On any standard ready-made product, you have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Most of our buildings are made-to-order products and as such do not come with a returns policy, as they have been made for you to your requirements.
Please read your draft order carefully as once this is agreed/paid for, this is what we will make. It is critical that any specific details you want on your building are listed in this order, so please let us know so we can add all the necessary details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The product needs to be returned to us at your cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
As all buildings are made to order, exchanges are not possible.
If goods aren't required after you have committed/paid for the product, please contact us at the soonest possible time. As all products are made to order we will need to check if we have a use for the items if they have been made. If we can make use of the product we will try to accommodate a full refund where possible. IF the items haven't been made we will be able to offer a 100% refund (Minus any costs incurred)*.
*We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or charge for any items that have been ordered especially for your building.
